OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS RESIDING WITHIN 10 MILES OF THE FOLSOM & MAIN STORE (AS DEFINED BELOW) WHO, AS OF THE TIME OF ENTRY, ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD. WINNER MUST AGREE TO BE PHOTOGRAPHED AND OTHERWISE RECORDED RECEIVING THE DELIVERY.

Eligibility

The Sweetgreen Catering Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal U.S. residents, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, who reside within 10 miles of the Folsom & Main Sweetgreen store (“Eligible Address”), located at 150 Folsom Street, San Francisco, CA 94105 (the “Folsom & Main Store”). Void outside the area stated and where prohibited or restricted by law. The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win the prize: directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, and of Sponsor's parents, subsidiaries, or affiliated companies, marketing agencies, and any other parties involved in the administration of the Sweepstakes (Sponsor, collectively with the foregoing, "Sweepstakes Parties"), and each of the immediate family members of such excluded individuals (i.e., spouses, parents, children, siblings and the "steps" of each and each of their respective spouses) and all persons living in the same household of each, whether or not related.

By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules ("Official Rules") and by the decisions of the Sponsor in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply.

Sweepstakes Period

The entry period for the Sweepstakes commences on Saturday, February 7, 2026 at 8:00:00 AM PACIFIC TIME (PT”) and ends on Saturday, February 7, 2026 at 11:55:00 AM PT ("Entry Period"). Sponsor's timekeeping device is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

How to Enter

To enter, visit the Sweetgreen booth at the South Plaza of the Ferry Plaza, located at 1 Ferry Building, San Francisco, CA 94105, during the Entry Period and complete an entry card, while supplies last, with your name, email address, and phone number, and deposit the completed entry card into the designated entry bowl. As part of the entry card, entrants will be required to affirmatively agree if selected as the winner to being filmed and otherwise recorded by Sponsor and/or its designees at time of delivery. Entrants must be present in person at the South Plaze of the Ferry Plaza to enter; someone cannot enter for any individual other than themselves. No remote or mail-in entries will be accepted. Limit one (1) entry per person. All entry cards must be deposited by 11:55 AM PT on February 7, 2026. Incomplete, inaccurate or illegible entries are void.

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

Winner Selection

On February 7, 2026, at approximately 12:00 PM PT, one (1) potential winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received. Sponsor will notify the potential winner by phone using the number provided on the entry form immediately following the drawing. The potential winner does not need to be present at the time of the drawing, but they must be available at time of notification. Sponsor will not leave a message. If the potential winner does not answer the notification call from Sponsor then they will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected, time permitting. Alternate winners will be contacted by phone using the number provided on the entry form. Alternate drawings will continue until 1:50 PM PT on February 7, 2026 at which time, if still unclaimed, the prize will be donated to a FOODWISE-affiliated person or organization at Sponsor's sole discretion, and no other prize will be awarded.

Winner will be filmed and otherwise recording receiving the delivery. Potential winner may be required to sign and return a Liability and Publicity Release via email prior to delivery and cause any other individuals in the Delivery Footage (as defined below) to do same. If potential winner fails to sign and return all required documents within the specified time period, does not agree to be filmed and/or otherwise recorded at time of delivery, or is not in compliance with these Official Rules, such potential winner may be disqualified in which event such potential winner will be disqualified and forfeits the prize.

Prize and Prize Conditions

One (1) prize is available: A Sweetgreen catering order with an Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of up to Four Hundred Dollars ($400), to be delivered on February 8, 2026 for no earlier than 2pm PT to an Eligible Address. Winner must select order items from Sweetgreen’s catering menu and all catering items are subject to availability at Folsom & Main Store. If order amount exceeds $400, winner is responsible for payment of such excess amount in a form of payment accepted by Sweetgreen. The prize will not be delivered on any other date or before 2pm PT on February 8, 2026.

The prize cannot be transferred, assigned, or redeemed for cash by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value at its sole discretion. The prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes as well as all costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Winner understands that prize delivery will be filmed, photographed and otherwise recorded by Sponsor or its designees (“Delivery Footage”) and all rights, title and interest in the Delivery Footage shall be owned by Sponsor. Winner understands that Sponsor and its designees shall have the right to edit, modify, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, create derivative works based upon, or otherwise exploit the Delivery Footage (and all elements embodied therein), along with winner’s name, biographical information, likeness, performance, voice or image, in whole or in part, together with other materials, in any manner or media now known or hereafter devised (including, without limitation, posting the Delivery Footage on the Sponsor websites (including, but not limited to, its social media pages or accounts)), throughout the world in perpetuity for advertising, promotional and other purposes, without further compensation, notification or permission. Sponsor has no obligation to make use of the rights granted herein. Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for any unauthorized use of Delivery Footage by third parties.

Publicity Grant

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor and its designees a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to: (a) use their name, city and state of residence, photograph, voice, likeness, and prize for promotion of this Sweepstakes and for any other promotional, advertising, publicity, or other lawful purpose in any and all media now or hereafter devised, without additional compensation or notification to, or permission from, winner; and (b) if winner so chooses to post about the prize, repost, share, reproduce, and otherwise use any content that winner posts on any social media platform (including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, and any successor or similar platforms) that features, references, or relates to Sweetgreen, its products, services, the prize, or this Sweepstakes, without additional compensation, notification, or approval.

Limitation of Liability and Release

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENTRANT AGREES (I) SPONSOR AND THE OTHER SWEEPSTAKES PARTIES SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, AND (II) ENTRANT'S REMEDIES FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SWEEPSTAKES ARE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES OF PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES (IF ANY).

Entrants, by participating, agree that Sweepstakes Parties will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, including death, to persons or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of a prize or participation in this Sweepstakes (including any travel related thereto). Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or illegible entries, phone calls, or other communications of any kind or for lost or stolen entry boxes, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Sweepstakes Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information. In the event of any ambiguity or error(s) in these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to clarify or modify these Official Rules however it deems appropriate to correct any such ambiguity or error(s). In no event will more than one (1) prize be awarded.

LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning the prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrants or any Sweepstakes Party.

Sponsor's Reservation of Rights

If the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including without limitation, due to weather, force majeure, government orders, or any other causes which affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and award the prize at random from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received prior to such action, or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.

Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, entrant consents to the jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California for the resolution of all disputes relating to the Sweepstakes.

Privacy

Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes will be collected by Sponsor and used for the administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes and as otherwise described in these Official Rules and Sponsor's privacy policy available at sweetgreen.com/privacy-policy.

Winners List

For the winner's name (first name, last initial, and city of residence), send a self-addressed, stamped business-sized envelope to: Sweetgreen, ATTN: Catering Sweepstakes – Winners List, 3102 West 36th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90018. Requests must be received no later than thirty (30) days after the end of the Entry Period.
