Creator Application Terms and Conditions

Submitting an Application (as defined below) only means that you may be considered for participation in the 30 Days of Sweetgreen Challenge ("Challenge"). Submission of an Application does not guarantee selection. Sweetgreen may identify participants through this Application process and through other methods. All participants will be selected by Sweetgreen in its sole discretion, and not all individuals who apply or are considered will be selected.

Eligibility

The Application process is open to legal U.S. residents who are at least 18 years of age or age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older (19 in AL & NE; 21 in MS), and who have an established and active Instagram or TikTok account prior to Application submission. Employees of Sweetgreen, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion and advertising agencies, and members of their immediate family (spouse and parent, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, of such employees, will not be considered. Void where prohibited by law. The Application process is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. By submitting an Application, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and decisions of Sweetgreen, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Application process.

HOW TO SUBMIT

Beginning at or around 2:00 p.m. PT TIME on September 1, 2026, visit here URL and follow the directions to complete and submit the application form, including providing your reason(s) for wanting to participate in the Challenge and your Instagram username and any other public, active social account(s) (“Application”). All Applications must be received by 11:59 p.m. PT on September 5, 2026; however, Sweetgreen reserves the right to close the Application process sooner, at in its sole discretion. 

REQUIREMENTS OF APPLICATIONS

Sweetgreen, in its sole discretion, may disqualify your Application for any reason, including if it determines that your Application fails to conform to these Terms and Conditions in any way or otherwise contains unacceptable content.
