What is happening to Sweetpass+?
We learned so much from Sweetpass+ thanks to critical feedback from users like you. Your participation has helped shape what’s to come, and we can’t wait for you to experience it. The new program is designed so you can earn points on every eligible dollar you spend, allowing you the flexibility to reward yourself the way you want.
When will Sweetpass+ end?
Sweetpass+ will be going away on 4/1 and you’ll be automatically enrolled in the new, free program when it begins.
What happens to my Sweetpass+ membership fee?
When the new loyalty program launches, you will automatically receive a pro-rated refund for your membership fee. If you don’t see your refund by April 9, 2025, you can reach out to hello@sweetgreen.com.
When will I see my refund?
You will see a prorated refund back on your original form of payment 5 to 7 days after the program ends on 4/1.
Will I automatically transition to the new loyalty program?
Yes, you will automatically be enrolled in the new program when it begins. You always have the option to opt out of participating in the new program.
How do I cancel my Sweetpass+ membership?
You can cancel at any time by visiting the “Sweetpass Membership'' section in your account settings on the app (iOS or Android) or at order.sweetgreen.com. You can also email hello@sweetgreen.com to cancel. To avoid being charged you must cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before your next billing date. Once you cancel you will have access to your Sweetpass+ benefits until the end of your billing cycle or until April 1st, whichever comes first.
