April $10 Power Greens Bowl - Loyalty 'Craving of the Month'

Terms: Sweetgreen Rewards members will receive an offer to their personal sweetgreen account to purchase one $10 Power Greens Bowl redeemable in connection with an Eligible Order (as defined below) from 4/1/2026 to 4/30/2026 ("Promotional Period"). Sweetgreen Rewards members may redeem this offer one time per transaction, up to a maximum of four (4) times during the Promotional Period. To qualify for redemption of the "$10 Power Greens Bowl" offer, an "Eligible Order" must consist of: (1) one Power Greens Bowl and (2) be purchased  in-store using scan to redeem or pickup, delivery or Outpost order placed on the sweetgreen App or order.sweetgreen.com. Complimentary Green Goddess Chicken Salad Premium Topping

Terms: From 3/26/26 - 3/31/26, only or while supplies last (“Promotional Period”), select digital customers will receive a promotional reward for a complimentary scoop of Green Goddess Chicken Salad  with purchase of an Eligible Order (defined below). The offer is available at participating locations only. To receive the “Complimentary Scoop of Green Goddess Chicken Salad” promotional reward, the customer must purchase an Eligible Order during the Promotional Period. To qualify as an “Eligible Order,” the order must: (1) be a minimum of $10 per transaction before taxes and fees, (2) must be a salad, bowl, wrap or plate, and (2) be placed on the app, order.sweetgreen.com, or using scan-to-redeem in-store during the Promotional Period. Customers are eligible to receive the  “Complimentary Scoop of Green Goddess Chicken Salad” promotional reward a maximum of one time, per account. Order our Craving of the Month: Hot Honey Chicken Plate 3x, Get a Complimentary Entree

Terms: From 3/16/26 - 3/25/26, or until supplies last (the “Promotional Period”), sweetgreen loyalty members will receive an offer to their personal sweetgreen account offering a complimentary salad, bowl or plate, up to maximum value of  $18   (“Reward”), if they purchase at least one Hot Honey Chicken Plate in three separate transactions during the Promotional Period in the sweetgreen app, at order.sweetgreen.com, or in-store using scan to earn. For the avoidance of doubt, purchase of Kids Meals, drinks, sides or add-ons are not purchases that qualify towards the Reward. To participate for the Reward, customers must purchase at least one Hot Honey Chicken Plate in three separate transactions prior to the expiration of the Promotional Period. The purchase of multiple Hot Honey Chicken Plate in the same transaction will count as the purchase of only one for purposes of earning the Reward.  Customers purchasing a Hot Honey Chicken Plate in-store must use scan to earn from their sweetgreen app to qualify their purchase for the Reward.  Limit one Reward per customer. Sweetgreen – 50% Off Entrée (West 3rd, In-Store + App)
In connection with Olipop's sampling activation at Sweetgreen's West 3rd location, select guests will receive a promotional card entitling them during the period of March 14-17, 2026 ("Promotional Period") to fifty percent (50%) off one (1) entrée ("Promotional Offer"). The discount applies to any Custom or Menu Salad, Bowl, or Plate with a minimum purchase of $12.00 (calculated before tax, fees). For the avoidance of doubt, this offer is not valid on Kids Meals, drinks, sides, or add-ons, or catering. The Promotional Offer is valid only at the following Sweetgreen location: West 3rd (8055 W 3rd St, Los Angeles, CA 90048).

Redemption Methods: The Promotional Offer may be redeemed during the Promotional Period in one of the following two ways:

In-Store Redemption
To redeem in-store, customers must physically present the original promotional card to a Sweetgreen team member at checkout at the West 3rd location. Screenshots, scans, or photos of the card will not be accepted.
Digital Redemption (App Only, Pickup Only)
To redeem digitally, customers must during the Promotional Period: (i) enter promo code 50OFFWEST3 into the "credit & promo codes" section of their Sweetgreen account; (ii) select the West 3rd location (8055 W 3rd St, Los Angeles, CA 90048) and place an eligible pickup order via the Sweetgreen app (iOS or Android); and (iii) select and apply the discount at checkout. Digital redemption is valid for pickup orders only. This offer is not valid for delivery, Outpost, or catering orders, and may not be applied toward orders on any third-party delivery marketplaces, including but not limited to Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, and Postmates.
If the discount is applied to a transaction containing multiple entrées, the discount will be applied to the entrée of the least value. This offer is limited to one (1) use per customer per promotional card. March and April - $0 Delivery Fee Reward Challenge

From 3/11/2026 – 3/31/2026 (the "Promotional Period"), select SG Rewards loyalty members will receive a "$0 Delivery Fee" offer in their sweetgreen account to waive the delivery fee on any Eligible Delivery Order (the "March Offer"). A customer may only redeem the March Offer once per day. The March Offer can be used through 3/31/2026.

Select SG Rewards loyalty members who successfully redeem the March Offer at least once during the Promotional Period will also receive an additional "$0 Delivery Fee" reward ("April Reward") credited to their sweetgreen account on 4/1/2026. Limit one April Reward per customer. The April Reward will be valid from 4/1/2026 – 4/30/2026 and may be redeemed once per day on any Eligible Delivery Order. The April Reward may not be combined with other offers or rewards. The April Reward may be used through 4/30/2026.

To qualify as an "Eligible Delivery Order," the order must: (1) be a native delivery purchase made via the sweetgreen App or order.sweetgreen.com, and (2) have a minimum basket size of at least $15 (excluding fees, taxes, and tips). Neither the March Offer nor the April Reward may be redeemed on orders placed through third-party platforms (including DoorDash, GrubHub, Uber Eats, or Postmates) or on catering orders. Terms: Customers who join SG Rewards between January 1, 2026 and June 30th, 2026 will receive a credit to their personal sweetgreen account for $5 off an order of $10 or more. Customers may redeem this credit a maximum of one time within 7 days from the date the reward is credited in the customer account. To qualify for redemption of the “$5 Welcome Reward” offer, an “Eligible Order” must: (1) be a minimum purchase of $10 and (2) be a pick-up, in-store scan to redeem, or a native delivery or Outpost order placed on the App or order.sweetgreen.com. Catering Promo Offer: 15% Off a Catering Order of $50 or more

From April 1st, 2026 - June 30th, 2026 (“Promotional Period”), select first time catering customers and/or select digital customers with a registered sweetgreen accounts on mobile (iOS or Android) or on www.sweetgreen.com/catering will receive an offer to their email account for 15% off a first-time catering order of $50 or more in food and beverage from our catering menu only, excluding tax, delivery fees, and gratuity. Valid at participating locations only. Orders must be placed between 4/1/2026 and 6/30/2026 at sweetgreen.com/catering. Orders may be scheduled for event dates through June 30th, 2026. $5 Credit - New Restaurant
After the opening of select new locations (which sweetgreen will notify customers via email and/or in app messaging) sweetgreen account holders that transact digitally (Pick Up, Delivery) at least once at that new sweetgreen location on the sweetgreen iOS or Android app (versions 3.0 or higher), or at order.sweetgreen.com will receive a $5 credit offer within their accounts to be used on their order until 7 or 14 days after issuance. Timing of promotion may vary by new location, and any changes for any individual location will be notified via email and/or in app messaging. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive the $5 credit reward in your bag after your qualifying digital transaction. The $5 credit offer can be applied to any order placed through the sweetgreen iOS or Android app (versions 3.0 or higher), or at order.sweetgreen.com. The $5 offer is valid for one order per customer and can be used during normal operating hours only at the new restaurant location listed on the email. Offer cannot be combined with other sweetgreen reward credit, and customer must select the “$5 Credit” offer within the checkout flow for the credit to be applied to the bag.

NRO In-Store Loyalty Card

On grand opening day, participating sweetgreen stores may offer customers a loyalty card for discounts on in-store purchases of a Salad, Bowl or Plate based on their in-store purchase history. Customers are eligible to redeem 50% off a Salad, Bowl or Plate valued at $20 or less upon presenting their sweetgreen loyalty card reflecting three prior transactions containing a Salad, Bowl or Plate of at least $12.95 (calculated before tax, delivery or service fees, tips and after any discounts, rewards or gift cards have applied) at the participating store. Customers are eligible to redeem a free Salad, Bowl or Plate valued at $20 or less upon presenting their sweetgreen loyalty card reflecting seven prior transactions containing a Salad, Bowl or Plate of at least $12.95 (calculated before, tax, delivery or service fees, tips and after any discounts, rewards or gift cards have been applied) at the participating store. Customers will receive one stamp on their loyalty cards per qualifying transaction (regardless of the numbers qualifying Salads, Bowls or Plates purchased in a transaction).  The 50% and free rewards may be redeemed only on any Custom or Menu Salad, Bowl or Plate and may not be redeemed on Kids Meals or any drinks or other attachments. If the discount is to be applied to a transaction containing multiple Salads, Bowls or Plates, the reward will be applied to the Salad, Bowl or Plate of the least value. New York Promo

Select recipients may receive an offer as a token of gratitude from Sweetgreen from time to time, in its sole discretion. Offer is valid only on orders placed on the sweetgreen app ororder.sweetgreen.com on the following channels: native delivery, pickup, and Outpost. Offer may not be redeemed on in-store or scan-to-pay purchases. Kids Eat Free

Marketing associates and restaurant managers may, at their own discretion and pending available inventory, distribute coupons titled Kids Eat Free (“Free Kids’ Meal Cards”) that entitle the recipient to a free Kids’ Meal with a minimum $15 order (prior to inclusion of taxes and fees) that includes a salad, bowl, or plate. Free Kids’ Meal Cards are limited to one use only and may only be used with in-store purchases made between 5pm - 8pm local time with cash, credit card, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Apple Pay, and gift cards. Free Kids’ Meal Cards cannot be redeemed for digital orders on pick-up, delivery, outpost, scan to redeem or on any third-party delivery marketplaces including but not limited to Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, Postmates. To redeem, customers must physically hand the Free Kids’ Meal Card to the team member at checkout. Screenshots, photos or scans of the token are not acceptable.Free Kids’ Meal cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value (except as required by law) and the value does not carry over and must be used all in one transaction.  This offer cannot be combined with other sweetgreen reward offers.

Sweet Touch Token
Sweet touch tokens are issued at the discretion of the restaurant managers and pending inventory availability. Valid for 1x use and for an in-store purchase only. Valid only for purchases made with cash or credit card. Customer must physically surrender the token at checkout. Screenshots, photos or scans of the token are not acceptable. Minimum spend of $9.95 before taxes and fees. Token can only be applied to one transaction and value does not carry over.

Restaurant Grand Opening Meal-for-Meal Donation Promotion
Sweetgreen’s Restaurant Grand Opening Meal-for-Meal Donation program provides that for every Meal purchase on the grand opening day of a new sweetgreen restaurant in the United States, sweetgreen will donate a sweetgreen Meal from their signature Core Menu to a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization of its choosing that supports local food access and nutrition security to nourish families and individuals experiencing food insecurity in the community. 

A sweetgreen Meal is the full-price purchase of a Salad, Warm Bowl, Plate, or Kids Meal available for purchase during the grand opening day at the new sweetgreen restaurant grand opening. Qualifying Meals include only meal purchases made in-store, on the sweetgreen mobile app (iOS and Android), and on sweetgreen’s website at order.sweetgreen.com during restaurant hours of operations on the grand opening day at the new restaurant. 

The promotion is one-day only and ends at the close of business on the grand opening day.

This card is redeemable for use for in-store and for online Sweetgreen orders only. Not redeemable for merchandise at shop.sweetgreen.com.
