The Sweetgreen Nashville Grand Opening Spin the Wheel Giveaway (“Giveaway”) runs from 10am – 2pm local time on June 30, 2026 or until all prizes have been exhausted, whichever is sooner (“Giveaway Period”).

Who may play: Open only to individuals who are in attendance at Sweetgreen The Gulch Grand Opening (“Event”) during the Giveaway Period. Employees, officers and directors, their immediate family members (spouse, siblings, children and parents, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of Sweetgreen, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies and those associated with the development, implementation or execution of this Giveaway are not eligible to participate. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply.

How to Play: During the Giveaway Period, attend the Event during the Giveaway Period for your opportunity to spin the wheel. Limit one (1) spin per person. Eligible individuals will be permitted to spin the wheel on a first come, first served basis. Sponsor does not guarantee that every individual who wants to spin the wheel will have the opportunity to do so.

How to Win: A participant will receive the prize indicated by the arrow on the wheel once the arrow stops spinning. Everyone who spins the wheel will receive a prize, while supplies last. Odds of winning any prize are 1 in 12. Odds of winning may decrease as prizes are exhausted. Prizes will be awarded at time of winning spin, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these rules. Sponsor reserves the right to award any prize won by anyone under 18 to aa parent or legal guardian

Prizes: Sponsor will award Rustler Hat Co. hats, Sweetgreen hats, Amelia's flower bouquets, and Sweetgreen bandanas. Hats are available in limited quantities while supplies last. Sweetgreen bandanas and Amelia's flower bouquets are available in greater quantities. Prizes will be awarded throughout the Event while supplies last and until all prizes have been distributed. Prizes are provided “as-is” without any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions except in the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Each winner is responsible for any applicable fees, federal, state and/or local taxes, and any other unspecified expenses associated with acceptance or use of prize. Maximum value of all prizes $4,050. Limit one (1) prize per person for the entire Event. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

General: By participating, each entrant agrees to (i) be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects; (ii) waive and release, and agree to hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from and against, any and all rights, claims and causes of action whatsoever that they may have, or which may arise, against any of them for any liability for any matter, cause or thing whatsoever, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from their acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or their participation in this Giveaway; and (iii) the use by Sponsor and its designees of his/her name, company name, trademarks and logos, city and state of residence and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes, in any and all media now or hereafter devised, in any manner, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice, permission or additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Released Parties are not responsible for errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Giveaway, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Giveaway, the operation of the wheel, the announcement of the prizes or in any Giveaway-related materials. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person found or suspected of tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person and void all spins. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Giveaway if, it determines that the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which Sponsor deems could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of this Giveaway. Sponsor shall post notice of any such action at its table at the Event.
