1. Where can I view the $3 credits I get with my sweetpass? What should I do if I don’t see the $3 credit(s)?

After you purchase your sweetpass, you’ll immediately receive your first $3 credit. You’ll be able to view it in your bag (right before checkout screen) on your next Pickup, Outpost, or Delivery order. Note: These credits will not appear in the Payment & Credit tab on your account and will instead appear during the checkout process as you complete your order. You must select the offer in your bag for it to apply to your digital purchase (it will not auto-apply to your order). Watch our quick demo here so you can see how it'll work first-hand.

Once you make your first digital order with sweetpass, you’ll unlock another $3 credit if:

  • Your order subtotal was at least $9.95 before tax, delivery and service fees, promotions and employee stipends from the Outpost program have been applied.

  • You made a digital purchase through sweetgreen app or order.sweetgreen.com for Pickup, Outpost, or Delivery.

  • Your last order was over 12 hours ago (you can only qualify for one $3 credit every 12 hours)

All $3 credits you earn on your sweetpass will appear in the same place in your sweetgreen account—in your bag, right before checkout. If you made a qualifying purchase that fits the criteria outlined above and still do not see the $3 credit in your bag, please reach out to hello@sweetgreen.com so we can take a look and resolve it for you quickly.

2. Do $3 credits I earn with sweetpass last forever, or do unused credits roll-over to the next month?

All $3 credits you earn during your 30 days of your sweetpass will expire on a set date, 30 days after you bought your sweetpass.

3. Can I earn $3 credits for multiple orders placed in a day?

You can only earn a maximum of one $3 credit with qualifying digital purchases every 12 hours.

4. Can I still buy a sweetpass if I do not yet have a sweetgreen account created?

Please first create a sweetgreen account (mobile app or online at order.sweetgreen.com) and then use that same email address for your sweetpass purchase at shop.sweetgreen.com.

5. Can I have $3 discounts applied to my credit card or Scan to Pay orders in-store? Do I earn $3 credits for purchases I make with my credit card or Scan to Pay orders in-store?

You can only earn and use $3 credits on digital purchases (sweetgreen app or order.sweetgreen.com) made on the Delivery, Outpost, or Pick Up channels.

6. I don’t want to download the app. Can I still take advantage of sweetpass?

You can still buy a sweetpass and use it for online orders at order.sweetgreen.com.

7. Can I receive a refund after I purchase sweetpass?

Your sweetpass is non-refundable, but if you run into any issues during checkout, please reach out to hello@sweetgreen.com so we can help.

Terms

Terms have been updated as of Monday, January 17, 2022. The sweetpass is only valid on the email address linked to the sweetgreen account submitted when purchasing the product on shop.sweetgreen.com from 6:00 a.m Pacific Time on January 3, 2022 until 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on January 23, 2022, unless purchase window is shortened or extended by sweetgreen (which will be sent via email and/or push marketing). Only 1 sweetpass purchase allowed per registered sweetgreen e-mail address. Purchase of sweetpass is subject to applicable sales tax. Customers with a sweetpass using the sweetgreen iOS mobile app must be on version 4.10 or higher (3.0 or higher on Android mobile)  to see and use their $3 credits, or can use order.sweetgreen.com. A customer’s 30 day period on the sweetpass begins on the sweetpass purchase date and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the 30th calendar day after the sweetpass purchase date. Each customer’s first $3 credit will appear in their sweetgreen digital account upon purchase of the sweetpass on shop.sweetgreen.com (please allow up to 24 hours for credit to appear on your bag  before proceeding to the checkout page).  Thereafter, customers on the sweetpass shall receive one $3 credit  for each eligible purchase that is at least 12 hours after their prior eligible purchase. To qualify for subsequent $3 credits, an eligible purchase must: (1) be at least $9.95 in minimum value (not including tax, delivery and service fees, promotions and employee stipends from the Outpost program); and (2) be on sweetgreen’s Delivery, Outpost, or Pick Up channels (orders placed in-store, on sweetgreen’s Scan to Pay channel, or on any third party delivery site, such as UberEats, DoorDash, Postmates or GrubHub,  are not eligible purchases). Please allow up to 24 hours for each subsequent $3 credit to appear within your bag after your eligible purchase. Only one $3 credit can be applied per transaction. All $3 credits expire at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the 30th calendar day after the sweetpass purchase date. Unused promotional credit value will not roll over after expiration date. Customer must select the “$3 credit” offer in their bag at checkout for the credit to apply to the order while on order.sweetgreen.com or on the sweetgreen mobile app. Credits are only redeemable for purchases made at order.sweetgreen.com or using the sweetgreen mobile app (iOS or Android), however, credits are not redeemable for (1) Scan to Pay mobile app purchases made in-store, (2) purchases made in-store using credit card or (3) for orders on any third party delivery site,  such as UberEats, DoorDash, Postmates or GrubHub. Sweetpass is non-transferable and not reloadable. Promotional credits cannot be used to purchase gift cards. This offer is non-transferable, subject to change, and has no cash value (except as required by law).
