Gluten free diets are becoming increasingly popular in recent years. Whether you have been diagnosed with celiac disease, or have a more mild gluten sensitivity, sweetgreen provides options for gluten free dining that remains delicious.
Keeping on a gluten-free diet can be difficult if you don’t know which foods contain gluten. The National Foundation for Celiac Awareness has a great online resource: Celiac Central. It includes a “getting started” guide, gluten-free diet information, and recipes and how-to videos for gluten free cooking.
At sweetgreen, we’re committed to making choosing gluten-free options easy. The sabzi, guacamole greens (with shrimp and chicken), santorini, and curry gold are all gluten-free signature salads.
